This chart shows the travel time index (TTI), a ratio of peak congestion to free flow traffic where 1 is free flow traffic during peak congestion, and a higher value indicates longer travel times. For example, a TTI of 1.2 indicates that travel time during peak congestion would take about 25% longer than in free flow traffic. This chart shows the number and percentage of bridges in good, fair or poor condition for select corridors. Bridges rated 7 or more are classified as good, bridges with rating of 5 or 6 are classified as fair while bridges which have a rating of 4 or less are classified as poor.
